Effects of its ingredients:
MSM: MSM is an organically combined sulfur compound that helps support joint flexibility. It effectively supports joints and healthy joint functions, and also functions as a natural pain reliever and anti-inflammatory.
Glucosamine: A building block of the cartilage matrix, stimulates the growth of cartilage cells. It is most effective when used with chondroitin.
Collagen: Collagen is a protein that appears in the body in the structure of skin, hair, hoofs and joints. It is also called the "glue of the body", but its natural production decreases with age, which can lead to joint wear and tear.
Hyaluronic acid: Hyaluronic acid is a natural large-molecule carbohydrate found in the body. Its role is to lubricate the joints during movement, helping the unhindered movement of the cartilage surfaces in contact. It supports the function of cartilage cells and prevents the loss of the cartilage layer.
Chondroitin: Inhibits the function of enzymes that destroy cartilage. It is most effective when used with glucosamine.
Vitamin C: Promotes collagen formation, is a strong antioxidant, and neutralizes free radicals.
Ginger Root: Ginger has strong anti-inflammatory properties, making it great for treating pain caused by arthritis or degenerative arthritis.
Horsetail: It is well known that horsetail has a great effect on the joints, as it contains silicic acid, poic acids, flavonoids, dicarboxylic acids, manganese salts, alkaloids (palustrin, nicotine), potassium chloride, aluminum chloride, saponins (equisetonin) and organic acids (aconic acid, oxalic acid, malic acid) all contribute to the protection of the joints.
Rosehips: Rosehips contain a lot of antioxidants, and as such, are involved in strengthening the immune system. However, this herb not only protects the immune system, but is also known for its powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory effects, which can be very useful in the treatment of arthritis.
Nettle leaf: Nettle has long been used to alleviate various joint problems and musculoskeletal disorders.
It contains anti-inflammatory compounds, and micronutrients (e.g. calcium or magnesium, vitamin C and K) help keep bones and joints strong, flexible and resilient.
Dosage: it is recommended to mix the daily dose with goats - 20-25 g/day for horses, 10-15 g/day for ponies and foals under 2 years of age (the size of a measuring spoon is approx. 5 g)
